About Bentley Veterinary Services
I would like formally introduce Bentley Veterinary Services and tell you of my availability to work as a relief veterinarian in your area. I would like to help meet any unfulfilled needs for your hospital in the form of small animal relief veterinary services. I have made my business moto “quality medicine, compassionate care” because these are the main principles in which I have centered my veterinary career and will continue to do so.

My experience as an Associate in a fast paced mixed animal practice over the previous six years, as well as time spent at a diverse mix of clinics over a 10 year period prior to finishing my schooling, has allowed me to fall in love with the wide spectrum of practice styles in veterinary medicine. I firmly believe collaboration between colleagues is key to advancing veterinary medicine as a whole as well as individual knowledge base and skill set.
My special interests include soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, cytology and imaging. My colleagues will readily proclaim I have a propensity for attracting the “rare and unusual” and truly enjoy the challenge of it. I enjoy urgent care and emergency work and believe that client compassion and empathy should be priority in these times. I realized early in my career that client education is incredibly important to me. I believe in thoroughly explaining disease processes, preventative care strategies and all aspects of patient care in a way that is understandable to each individual client’s needs.

I look forward to becoming integrated in this incredible veterinary community. I accept daily or multi-day assignments and will consider weekend and holiday shifts as well. Please feel free to contact me at any time for any additional information or to schedule services.

About Dr. Bentley
I grew up in the heart of East Texas surrounded by luscious pine trees, humidity and mosquitos. I fell in love with Colorado early on and knew that is where I wanted to build my life. I have a love for all things outdoors and the open spaces to do it. After graduating from vet school in 2018, my husband and I relocated to Alamosa. I have spent the first 6 years of my career at a rural busy full service mixed animal practice. I was able to develop a wide array of skills and sense of independence. I look forward to being able to share my love of client education and compassion as well as the diversity of vet medicine with a new community in Northern Colorado.

In my spare time, I enjoy the company of my 3 dogs - Koda, Penny and Gracie, as well as my menace of an orange tabby - Lt. Dan (named thanks to his amputation as a kitten). My husband and I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, fishing, and all things involving the great outdoors.

Testimonials
What others have to say
Here are a few of the kind words my fellow co-workers and clients offered to share

"There are not enough words to describe how great of a Veterinarian Dr. Bentley is. I have been honored to be one of her technicians the past 4 years and the amount of compassion and kindness to her patients and clients is unmatched. She continually puts any animal first and is extremely thorough with any diagnostics. She is also very in-depth and detailed when talking with clients and explaining found diagnostics. I could not recommend Dr. Bentley as your veterinarian enough!"
